At Sequoia hospital I helped people with weight management issues by teaching them how to adapt recipes: replacing seasonings with herbs and spices and substituting healthy grains, legumes and vegetables for high calorie packaged foods. The innovative preparation and presentation of healthy, low calorie meals can be simple tasty and easy to prepare.
I work with many different diet plans and can adapt recipes for special dietary restrictions. I recommend either the Sourth Beach diet or Weight Watchers. Classes are offered in your home or mine and have a 4 hour minimum.
Lesson plans include:
