Rinse fish and pat dry. Dip each piece of fish in flour, then egg and then bread crumbs. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Put in refrigerator until ready to cook.
Heat oil and butter in large fry pan until hot, Place fish in fry pan and cook until golden. Turn fish with spatula and cook until golden.
Place fish on paper towels.
