Ingredients - makes 1½ cups
- 1½ cups chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- ground pepper to taste
Stir all ingredients together. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
This will keep in refrigerator up to 2 days.
Serve salsa at room temperature.
